Quotes and orders
- An RFQ submitted through this site is a request for a quotation, not a binding order. Pricing, lead time, and specifications are confirmed only in a separate written quotation and purchase agreement.
- Quotations are based on the drawings, quantities, alloy, tolerances, and inspection requirements you provide. Changes to those inputs may change price and lead time.
- We manufacture to customer-supplied drawings and specifications; the customer is responsible for the accuracy and intellectual-property status of those inputs.
Intellectual property
- Customer drawings and specifications remain your property. We treat them as confidential to your project.
- General manufacturing know-how, tooling methods, and site content remain the property of Precision Steel Cast.
No warranty
Information on this site is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy for any specific application. Final manufacturing feasibility and compliance are determined through engineering review and a confirmed quotation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Steel Cast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or from reliance on site content. Our aggregate liability related to a confirmed order is governed by the applicable written agreement.
Governing law
Any dispute arising from use of this site is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Precision Steel Cast operates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
